Tested
Uptime measures whether the service answered with valid payment terms (HTTP 402), checked without paying. It does not measure paid delivery or answer quality. Records younger than 30 days are partial. Select a row to see every check and its evidence.
What Weighmaster doesn't claim
It doesn't rate answer quality or accuracy, only whether the service delivered and charged correctly.
A result describes the tests on the dates shown, not future behavior.
Paid calls are capped at 0.05 XRP, one per service per month, and are made only when a service publishes example input. Weighmaster pays in XRP, or in RLUSD from Ripple's official issuer when a service has no XRP price (at most 0.05 RLUSD per call, 0.5 RLUSD a month).
Weighmaster is built by Brük, which also sells x402 services. Brük is listed and tested by the same rules.
The issuance count is what this watcher has seen since its start ledger. It is not a service grade and not a list of every multi-purpose token.
